Charlotte’s expertise extends across both adult and paediatric sectors, enabling her to work empathetically with clients of all ages. Her additional training in Autism and Mental Health has been instrumental in developing a service within her trust that empowers clients to access healthcare services they may have previously felt unable to engage with.
Charlotte is now collaborating on a unique service designed to place clients at the centre of their own health journey. By actively listening and working alongside clients, the service aims to provide clarity and answers that may have been lacking. This includes an extensive phlebotomy service, offering tests that cover general health, allergies, and genetics. Following the tests, clients receive a comprehensive explanation of the results, recommendations for treatments such as vitamin injections if needed, and detailed feedback to share with their GP.
